[Shipping News] Weasi efficient auto parts production line was officially delivered to customers
In August 2021, the Weasi HOT efficient production line for lock detection, independently developed by our company, was successfully delivered to the customer. The customer's one week high temperature holiday was used for on-site installation. Colleagues worked overtime to achieve the goal ahead of time, which was well received by the customer.
This equipment is mainly used in the automatic assembly equipment of the auto parts industry to realize the functions of the product from water pressure testing of product sealing performance, to thread testing of screw holes on the product surface, to code engraving on the product surface, full module assembly and intelligent locking of cover handling, and code printing on the cover surface, so as to realize automatic cover assembly locking, improve assembly efficiency and quality, reduce manpower, and reduce production costs.
